Using a cheap 2.4 Ghz radio based on a Microchip MRF24J40 radio and pic24FJ32GA002 processor a usable MIWI device is created based on the 'MiWi DE Demos' from microchip.
It was intended to become a Zigbee node but the flash on the processor is too small so I am considering replacing it with a pic24FJ64GA002, which has the same pinout or creating a new board.
